The Portuguese curtain raiser (Super Cup) takes place this evening as Sporting CP tackles FC Porto at Estádio Municipal de Aveiro.
Sporting are the defending champions of the Primeira Liga while Porto successfully secured the Cup.
Porto, Sporting and SL Benfica are the three most successful teams in the country often referred to as the Big Three.
In the history of the Super Cup, Porto is the most successful team with 23 titles while Sporting has nine.
