Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg currently looking at the possibilities of signing Nigeria eligible Arnaut Danjuma in a transfer that could be on its way.
The AFC Bournemouth winger has been subjecting interest from several clubs. But Wolfsburg appears to be more interested in securing his services.
Danjuma’s impending Bournemouth exit may not be unrelated to the club’s Premier League promotion miss last season after coming close to a quick return to the English first division.
The Daily Mail also mentioned top sides including Leicester City, Wolves as interested parties.
Last season, Arnaut Danjuma was one of the best performers at AFC Bournemouth in the EFL Championship. The 24-year old scored over 15 goals in 33 appearances for the club.
The Nigerian born winger also provided over seven assists in the process. These stats have further increased the interest within and outside England.
At Wolfsburg, it is believed that Arnaut Danjuma could be the key solution in the forward line since he’s also a good goal poacher.
His current contract with the Championship club runs until 2025.
