Who is the New Super League CEO
The European Super League’s efforts to become the most influential football made for the big boys have continued to restructure amid a legal battle with UEFA.
The recent change in the breakaway football league is the appointment of Bernd Reichart as the new CEO of the European Super League. The move is expected to metamorphose into what would help the competition become a reality.
The competition is an idea initiated by Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, Barcelona and Juventus. They remain in the quest to make the competition a reality despite criticism from the football community globally.
“Today it is the only solution we see to defend the interests of the clubs, ours and all of them. They are taking away our rights and that cannot be”, Barcelona president Joan Laporta on the idea of the new breakaway football league.
Bernd Reichart is a German from the RTL Deutschland Group, where he was General Manager. His new task is to foster development and dialogue between all the parties involved in the European Super League project.
