Sitting below the top three in Group E following a poor start to the qualifying series, Poland will look to revive their chances when they host the Faroe Islands at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.

It was a shock start for Poland in the race for Germany next year after recording two defeats in their first three games in the group.

During the qualifiers in July in Moldova, Milik and Lewandowski gave the Poles an early two-goal lead in the first half. However, a miraculous performance from the host saw the scoreline favouring the host (3-2).

Faroe Islands are bottom of the group, with just a point earned during the first fixture of the qualifying series against Moldova.
