Chivas Guadalajara welcomes Club Necaxa to the Estadio Akron as Liga MX enters round three.

It has been a perfect start for the Rayadas as they recorded two wins from their opening two games against Atletico San Luis and Club Leon.

Goals from Jonathan Padilla, Fernando Beltran, and Fernando Beltran were enough for Chivas to see off 10-man San Luis last week after Angel Zaldivar Caviedes was sent off 18 minutes into the first half for a harsh tackle on Chivas goalkeeper Miguel Jimenez.

Club Necaxa picked up two draws in their opening two games as a goal in an additional minute by Alan Montes was enough to earn a draw against Tijuana last weekend.

Cristian Yonathan Calderon De Real (Chivas)

Cristian Yonathan was outstanding for Chivas during the club’s last game against San Luis. He was the assist provider for the first two goals in the first half and was a key player throughout the game.

Alan Montes (Club Necaxa)

The late-minute goal by Alan Montes was enough to help Necaxa preserve their unbeaten run this season. The 22-year-old was outstanding and was arguably the best player for the against Club Tijuana last week.
