Team News
There has been little movement in the Arsenal treatment room in recent weeks, with Emile Smith Rowe (groyne) and Mohamed Elneny (hamstring) both out indefinitely. At the same time, Oleksandr Zinchenko remains a doubt with a calf problem and Gabriel Martinelli a fresh doubt owing to sickness.
Arteta startled some by fielding a pretty good team against Bodo/Glimt, and the Spaniard should also start most of his major guns against PSV on Thursday, with Saka, Granit Xhaka, and Thomas Partey all set to start.
Yorbe Vertessen (muscle), Ismael Saibari (hamstring), Olivier Boscagli (knee), and Marco van Ginkel (hamstring) are all out of the match for PSV ahead of the midweek match due to injuries. The trip to London will be made by Noni Madueke, Luuk de Jong, and Mauro Junior, a more optimistic development.
After scoring a pair of goals over the weekend, Guus Til should continue to serve as the main point at the Emirates.

Arsenal has a strong team and has performed better than expected at home. This season, Arsenal will be determined to win a European trophy and will be out to prove something.
PSV Eindhoven can strike hard when they want to, but they will have to play against one of the top teams in the league. Arsenal should be able to win this game because they are currently the better team.
