Tottenham Hotspur knows that their star striker Harry Kane could leave in the summer even though the club’s new boss Ange Postecoglou is keen to work with the English forward.

Spurs want to make a difference in the new season by signing two players, Guglielmo Vicario, and James Maddison. But the only uncertainty in the team is Harry Kane.
And now the club has already identified Aston Villa star Ollie Watkins as a suitable replacement for the English forward if he leaves the club in the summer.
Watkins, who has experienced a significant rise in his career with Aston Villa, is known for his attacking threat. According to statistics, he achieved 17 goals and five assists last Season.
These stats make him one of the best alternatives in the market, and Spurs would look to bring him to North London. However, they’re not the only club in the race for his signature.
According to a report from Fichajes, Manchester United or Newcastle United are attentive to the situation around Villa Park. The British forward has a contract with the club valid until the summer of 2025.
Aston Villa, on the other hand, could be open to selling their key striker in the summer if they can find a suitable replacement for him. Already, he has made himself one of the most important players under Unai Emery and looks set to play a key role next season.
