The future of Jude Bellingham continues to be subject under discourse by several top European football clubs as the 19-year old English midfielder continues to shine in the BVB shirt.

Borussia Dortmund made Bellingham captain and he hadn’t failed either leading the team. He was in charge of on-field duties in the 1-4 thumping defeat of Sevilla at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, marking it with awesome goal in the first half.

Over the years, Florentino Pérez Real Madrid have built several Galácticos and now, the club wants to make the young midfielder the youngest Galáctico.

The Telegraph is reporting Real Madrid wants to make an appeal to Jude Bellingham in an attempt to convince the player to choose the Spanish club over other European rivals already mentioned as top destinations including Man United, City and Liverpool.

But why did this bid rush to get the English midfielder without any delay? Real Madrid wants to structure their midfield in a way it would stand for at least the next decade.

If possible Bellingham joins the Madrid based club, he’ll form a new midfield circle along with Eduardo Camavinga and Aurélien Tchouaméni who chose the European giants over a lucrative offer from his country club Paris Saint-Germain.

How much would Bellingham cost Real Madrid?

According to the telegraph, Jude could cost Real Madrid around £88 million for the likelihood of a transfer happening. And according to our previous article, there’s a lot at stake for the Los Blancos.

Why does Real Madrid need Jude Bellingham?

The ageing midfield, possible departures and drops in form of Luka Modrić and Toni Kroos means there would be problems in the near future if there’s no change early.

For the Los Blancos, the midfielder has shown to be the best talent to replace some of the ageing midfield players like Luka Modrić who’s also injury prone.
