Supercoppa Italiana 2021(2022) teams, fixtures, dates, venues & how to watch
The 2021 Supercoppa Italiana or the Italian Super Cup is scheduled to be the 34th edition of the Supercoppa Italiana, contested by Série A and Coppa Italia winners.
It was confirmed back in November the 2021 Supercoppa Italiana final will be played in January 2022.
The 2021 edition will be played between Internazionale (Inter Milan), winners of the Italian Serie A 2020/21 and Juventus Turin, winners of the 2020/21 Coppa Italia.
Inter Milan won the league title in the 2020/21 season to end Juventus nine-year dominance in the domestic league.
Juventus on other hand had a terrible season that almost saw them lose out on UEFA Champions League qualification.

It is usually contested between league and cup winners. However, there’s an exception in some cases.
When the league winners double as Cup title holders, the runners up of the previous final would be selected to compete.
Who are the most successful teams in Supercoppa Italiana?
Juventus are the most successful team with nine titles followed by AC Milan in second with seven titles.
Inter Milan and Lazio are joint third with five titles whilst Roma and Napoli are fourth with two titles each.
