Premier League side Everton FC begins their pre-season with a test match against Swiss football club FC Stade Nyonnais at Colovray sports centre in Nyon.

Last season was torrid for the Toffees throughout the season as they needed a final-day victory to secure their top-flight status for the new season.

Head coach Sean Dyche successfully kept the Merseyside Blues after his arrival significantly changed the team’s performance.

FC Stade Nyonnais competes in the Swiss Challenge League, the second tier of the Switzerland football league system.
