The 2021 Spanish Super Cup will be played from January 13 to 17, in Spain and not outside the Spanish territory compared to how it was done last year.
Last year, it was played in Saudi Arabia, but this time, it will be held in the city of Seville, precisely at the Cartuja Stadium, as reported by El País via Fichajes.com.
This comes as the Spanish government puts in place measures to condone the spread of the coronavirus.
The virus which delayed football activities in Spain is expected to limit public gatherings for the time being unless the relevant authorities give an order for normal activities to resume.
Last time, Real Madrid won the cup at the expense of Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Valencia at the Jeddah City stadium in Saudi Arabia.
