Jadon Sancho would have left Borussia Dortmund long ago if an agreement had been made since the English club started their chase for the young Englishman.
But this could not come into fruition since the Manchester club could not meet the high demands set by Dortmund if they would let him leave for any club.
At the start of the transfer saga, a lot of clubs including his former club Manchester City, Liverpool, Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid were mentioned as possible suitors for the English superstar.
Although for Manchester City, the head coach of the club Pep Guardiola came out to dismiss claims of reported interested from the Cityzens.
For United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be too interested in Sancho even as the Norwegian manager sees him as a major transfer target.
According to Sky Sport journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Manchester United will make major moves in the remaining days before the transfer window comes to an end in October.
“United could still be active in the last 13 days of this transfer window.” said the journalist as cited by Fussball Transfers.
As per Daily Mail via Fussball Transfers, Manchester United wants to make an improved bid of 100 million euros which is still far too short from Dortmund’s demands of 120 million euros.
According to the reports, the payments will be made in batches as United will pay 82 million euros first hand before completing the payment later on.
