Spanish La Liga side Sevilla are considering Stefan Bajcetic as a long-term transfer target for the club. The Andalusian-based club wants to strengthen its midfield with the youngster.
According to the transfer portal Fichajes.net, Sevilla, led by Victor Orta, has turned their attention to Stefan Bajcetic, the Liverpool youngster, as he tries to re-enforce the team with youngsters.
Stefan Bajcetic joined Premier League side Liverpool from the youth ranks of RC Celta de Vigo. However, the 18-year-old is not having quality game time even though it is early in the new season.
Statistics show the youngster has managed just 75 minutes this season. The 18-year-old’s contract with Liverpool is valid until the summer of 2027, and the transfer market values him around 13 million euros.
Even though Sevilla could provide him an escape route, the operation is not expected to be easy for the club.
However, the summer transfer window of 2024 would determine whether the club would make a direct approach for the Spanish youngster, who they appreciate as a long-term transfer target.
