Saudi Arabia and Croatia will face off in an international friendly on Wednesday at MRSOOL Park in Riyadh as the two sides make final pre-approval for the commencement of the World Cup.
Saudi Arabia was drawn into Group C, which consists of Mexico, Poland and Argentina. At the same time, Croatia will tackle Morocco, Canada and Belgium in Group F.
The last time Saudi Arabia lost a game was in June against Venezuela. Although the team have made some progress, picking up two wins and four draws is not impressive heading to the World Cup amid facing more formidable opponents like Belgium.
Croatia, on the other hand, were runners-up in the previous edition in 2018. 2018 have named a strong squad as they aim to replicate the same fame this time in Qatar.
