Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is gradually approaching his contract renewal with the club which is due to be announced after the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Spanish international could have his contract extended after the likes of Karim Benzema, Federico Valverde, Nacho, Casemiro and possibly Luka Modric.
The 34-year old current contract ends in 2021 but is expected to be extended once the current pandemic is over.
As per Bernabeau Digital, Ramos next contract extension would be around two to three years as he is requesting more than a year with the club.
The club’s hierarchy has however thought to be looking at the possibility of handing Ramos another two years with the club.
With Ramos contract already settled, the Los Blancos are currently looking at the possibility of bringing French international Dayot Upamecano whose transfer fee is thought to be in the region of €40-50M million euros.
