Arguably one of the best strikers in Europe right now, Serhou Guirassy is now attracting interest from top teams in Europe, especially with the recent revelation of a lower release clause in his contract.

Fichajes.net is reporting Real Madrid would be evaluating the possibility of signing the Guinean footballer amid their search for a striker. The Stuttgart man has enjoyed a rich venom of form from last season till date.

The report, which was a reference from a post on Defensa Central, suggests Real Madrid has turned their focus on Serhou Guirassy as they hope to land his services.

A lower release clause

One of the crazy aspects of the transfer market today is the huge release clause clubs have embedded in the contracts of their key players.

But this is different for the Stuttgart star, who only has a release clause worth 17.5 million euros. A figure that has now attracted top teams to monitor his progress in the Bundesliga.

A new alternative for the Los Blancos

Real Madrid has been linked to some of the best strikers in the world, including Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe. However, these players would cost the club a significant amount to secure their services. Again, the duo are also young, which fits into the long-term strategy for the club.

However, Serhou would be a cheaper alternative, considering his lower release clause and short-term solution for the club. That said, a lot could go on in the coming months.
