Reading will welcome Preston North End in round 20 of the EFL Championship at Madejski Stadium.

Reading struggled to find their feet last time, drawing 0-0 with Luton Town on Tuesday. In their previous seven games, they have already lost four and drawn two, failing to win six. Reading is currently ranked 18th in the Championship standings with 26 points from 18 games, but with all three points this weekend, they may go up as high as fifth.

Meanwhile, Preston defeated Swansea City 1-0 at home to make it two victories in a row. In their last four games, they’ve now won three of them, scoring six goals and recording two clean sheets. Preston has collected 28 points from 19 games, making them eighth in the league standings.
