Match Preview and Prediction 

Rayo Vallecano is currently experiencing troubleshooting times to preserve its status at the top of Spanish football. The Madrid based football club would have sought a return to winning ways in the mini Madrid derby against Real Madrid.

Vallecano has lost its last four La Liga games against average sides like Elche, Real Betis Balompié, Osasuna and Celta Vigo. Although the club still occupies the eleventh spot on the league table, an outright win would help maintain it.
