PSG reach agreement with Al Arabi over Marco Verratti
Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have agreed with Qatari club Al Arabi for Marco Verratti. This comes as the club continues to get rid of some unwanted players from the club.
Neymar, Lionel Messi, and Sergio Ramos are some of the biggest names to depart the club in the summer.
Now Marco Verratti is close to making his exit from the French capital club following the report of an agreement with Al Arabi in the information from Fichajes.com.
Perhaps the possible departure of Marco Verratti from the club would not come at any cost, even as the Italian finds it difficult to command a starting shirt in the team since the arrival of Luis Enrique in the summer.
The Spanish tactician has already shown he was satisfied with the crop of players in the team and allowed for the departure of key players like Neymar, who was tipped to become the new leader of the team following Messi’s departure and the uncertainty surrounding Kylian Mbappé’s future.
Although PSG has reached an agreement with Al Arabi, a transfer would happen if the two parties agree on a reasonable price for the Italian midfielder.
Sources revealed Verratti was open to staying in Europe, but PSG are willing to let him join the Qatari club.
