PSG could still keep Thomas Meunier if they fail to land a suitable replacement

Borussia Dortmund was tipped to have already signed Thomas Meunier weeks ago.

But that is far from reach even as the Paris based club consider keeping the Belgian if they fail to land a world-class defender in the summer.

Dortmund eyeing Meunier, but it is not that simple. His agent has constantly publicly declared the intentions of his client to remain at the Parc Des Princes.

But that, from a PSG perspective might not happen as they have already pushed the Belgian unto the transfer market, where the German Bundesliga side come into play.

Paris Saint Germain is optimistic of landing Achraf Hakimi who remains their prime target in the summer.

According to Fussball Transfers, PSG could still try to keep Thomas Meunier because of Colin Dagba (21) and Thilo Kehrer (23), the club’s homegrown care not enough for the club big ambitions.

But Borussia Dortmund could still sign him if PSG gets hold of Achraf Hakimi deal this summer.
