Patrik Schick addresses transfer speculations amid Arsenal, Man City, Tottenham, West Ham links
Bayer Leverkusen forward Patrik Schick has given his stance amid numerous links with top English football clubs like Arsenal, Man City, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United in the January transfer window.
The Czech Republic forward has been in fine form since the commencement of the 2021/2022 Bundesliga season, scoring 17 goals in 15 appearances for Leverkusen.
During an interview with ‘Sportbuzzer’ Schick expressed his love for German football and his position amid emerging rumours.
I’ve said before recently that I’m not one to cause trouble. Why should I? I’m very happy with my life in Leverkusen and with Bayer 04,” said the forward as published by Fussball Transfers.
Patrik Schick loves living in Germany and is therefore “not thinking about a transfer at all. But, there could be a change in the future.
“What will be some time, maybe in a few years, who knows? I’ve never made a secret of the fact that I like watching Premier League soccer. But that doesn’t mean I’ll necessarily play in England at some point.”
Bayer Leverkusen are currently fifth on the Bundesliga standings and are on the road to face in-form Borussia Mönchengladbach today.
Patrik Schick, at the moment, is the best player in the team and transfer in January has refused to go away. Top English clubs like Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle United, West Ham United are said to be interested.
