Al Nassr completed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo for a deal believed to be nearly 200 million dollars in salary annually. Now Fichajes.com are reporting Galatasaray loanee Mauro Icardi could join the Saudi club.
Icardi moved to the Turkish Super lig as he could not find a commanding role in the Christophe Galtier team. The Argentine could follow Cristiano Ronaldo’s lead to Saudi Arabia and possibly partner with the Portuguese forward in the attack.
According to the report, Al Nassr would offer Icardi a good contract and take advantage of it to secure his services, probably in the January transfer window. Saudi Arabia set history following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo to the country’s top flight.
No place in Paris
At Paris Saint-Germain, there are entirely different plans for the team. Head coach Christophe Galtier has numerous options in the attack, which makes the Argentine surplus to requirements.
