Manchester United shirt 2021/2022 Kit partnership with TeamViewer: Jersey complete details

English Premier League side Manchester United announced a kit partnership with german Computer software Company TeamViewer to become the club’s official shirt sponsor ahead of the 2021/2022 football season.

Man United before switching to the new company had enjoyed a complete package with Chevrolet, an Auto manufacturer and one of the top brands in auto production in the world.

The new sponsorship with TeamViewer is a deal valued in the region of 47 million pounds per season.

Meaning, Man United will pocket a whopping sum from the company every season, a total of  million euros in the .

The huge partnership is one of the biggest in the history of the club’s kit deal with any company.

The complete details of the deal and how United will showcase the company’s name

The deal announced in March 2021 of about £235m million pounds would see a team viewer logo on the club’s shirt in all premier league matches over the four years.

More Competitions includes the UEFA Champions League, probably the Europa League, the English fa cup with any other competition the club plays.

How the kit looks like

The new kit for the 2021 season looks amazing accompanied by an excellent design that flashes across the field during matchday.

Jersey is already regarded as one of the finest for the new season in 2021.

For the club, this will mean more jersey sales across the world and more revenue after a long decline in revenue as a result of effects caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Recall, Paris Saint-German, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund quickly became more famous with the announcement of new jerseys sponsors, thereby increasing the club’s revenue through jersey sales across the world.

For Man United, it also another avenue to attract more fans when it comes to selling their kit wears. As you all know, kits are very important in the branding and marketing of any professional football club in the world.

Also, the fans love it. They want to see their darling club have a new facelift that they can brag about.

How much is the shirt sponsorship deal between Manchester United and Team Viewer and how many years it will last?

The deal is worth £235m and will see Man United earn £47m every year.

“We are tremendously proud to be establishing this partnership with one of the most exciting and dynamic global software companies, said Richard Arnold, Managing Director, Manchester United.

What this jersey sponsorship means for Manchester United future

It is a welcomed development as the change of sponsorship was announced by the club. However, there’s more to it than many see it.

The deal would quickly accelerate the club to another dimension within a short time.

But over 47 million pounds are expected to enter the club’s account every single year for four years which means more money for the club.

At least, the issue of shortage of funds would be drastically reduced with this.

At least when fans are finally allowed, the sales made a couple with tickets will accelerate the club’s financial status to its former status as the most valuable football club in the world.

The most important part is, the club’s top hierarchy will have the luxury to buy some important players that will become productive to the club in the long run.

With the current situation in the transfer market, money had always been the problem for clubs willing to sign players.

With this, the club’s financial status will increase to allow the club to sign players they want.

What it means for fans

The fans are now on the winning side because of the attraction the club is expected to receive from this new kit deal with TeamViewer.

More attention and media hype surrounding the club is expected to increase over time.

When Chelsea announced their jersey deal with 3 communications, the club had more fans trying to have a hand on one of the shirts.

And also, the bragging rights as one of the finest teams in the league in terms of kit valuation would be there.

Man United possibly moving into the transfer market due to the announcement.

With the current squad at the club, the club is performing at the highest standard although not at the level of winning the biggest of trophies which has been attributed to the lack of finishing touches.

As a result, there are suggestions the club’s manager should head into the transfer market, sell players that aren’t delivering at the highest standard. Earn more money from selling these players.

Possibly introduced new players from money earned from the deal with TeamViewer together with earnings from players sales and head into the market for quality players that would perform at the highest level for the club.

How long Chevrolet deal lasted

The deal between English giants Manchester United and Chevrolet motors will last for about eight years after the company opted to renew the deal until December 2021.

With over 47 million pounds which surpassed AON initial sponsorship fee of about 32 million dollars.

How many trophies Manchester United with Chevrolet jersey

The deal signed back in 2012 has seen the Red devils participate in some of the biggest football competitions in the world including the UEFA Champions League.

In total Manchester, United won six trophies with Chevrolet General Motors Limited as official jersey sponsorship. Meaning, the partnership between the two clubs was fruitful.

Benefits of Chevrolet deal

Although one may not ascertain the real value of what the Car Manufacturing company made through the sponsorship, the real reason for the deal was to further create brand awareness across the world.
