There has been a lot of speculation lately that Lionel Messi could return to Barcelona after his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in the summer. By all accounts, nothing will come of the Argentine’s spectacular return to Camp Nou. As reported by the French “Le Parisien”, Messi’s future is in Paris, that is, the giant from the Parc des Princes has an agreement in principle with the club to wear his jersey in the 2023/24 season as well!

According to figures from Transfermarkt, Lionel Messi is worth €50 million euros. The Argentine joined PSG in 2021 on a free transfer.
