According to Ruhr24, Dortmund wants to bring Thomas Meunier as fast as possible as a replacement for Achraf Hakimi this summer.
With the league 1 already on a long break, there will be no obstacle stopping Dortmund making a deal out of it.
The German outlet also reported quoting English daily Newspaper Daily Telegraph which says that Tottenham Hotspur was also interested in a move for Meunier.
But the Belgian would opt to join Dortmund instead.

Thomas Meunier is a great defender with lots of qualities.
His contract ends in June, making it easier to get his signature.
As things stand currently, he is the only cheaper alternative for Achraf Hakimi if the Moroccan eventually makes a return to Spain.
Dortmund should consider making him a priority and act fast to sign him before he gets a bigger offer than what they have already prepared to offer him.
