Leipzig: Nagelsmann’s farewell words to Werner

After the 2-1 victory at FC Augsburg on the last Bundesliga match day, Julian Nagelsmann chose emotional farewell words in the direction of Timo Werner: “It is self-explanatory that he leaves a big gap as a player. As a person, too, because he has the heart in the right place. I wish him all the best for London. ”

Werner is drawn to Chelsea for around 50 million euros. Due to his double pack in Augsburg, the 24-year-old striker swung himself to the best goal scorer in RB Leipzig’s club history yesterday. The national player promoted the ball to the net 95 times in his four years in Saxony.
