Juventus vs Sassuolo Match Preview
Juventus have successfully finished in the top four since losing the league’s grip at the end of the 2020/21 season. The club had faced tough competition across the league, most notably Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma and Napoli.
The Fidanzata d’Italia had a successful tour of the United States where they played top teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona. With many positives picked up during the preseason, a lot is expected to change at the club.
A few weeks ahead of the commencement of the season, Juventus secured the signing of Filip Kostic from Eintracht Frankfurt. The Serbian played a vital role that led the club to the UEFA Europa League triumph.
Aside from Kostic’s announcement, Juventus have been beefed up with other signings, including Paul Pogba and Angel di Maria.
Sassuolo began the new campaign on a sad note with their elimination from the Coppa Italia by Modena. But the stakes are high for the Emilia-Romagna club despite the disappointing start.
