A-League Men defending champions Melbourne City cruised to their second consecutive win this season with a 2-0 win over Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium.
Jamie Maclaren opened the scoring for the visitors in the 22nd minute. Andrew Nabbout aimed and successfully found Jamie Maclaren, who was in the perfect spot to put Melbourne City in the driving seat.
Sixteen minutes afterwards, Connor Chapman was penalised for knocking a Melbourne City player in the 18-year. Jamie was called into action for the second time and was successful at slotting the second goal for the visitors.
Melbourne City are now on six points from their first two games.
