The FC Cincinnati Academy is the development department of the Pro Major League Soccer franchise team FC Cincinnati.

The FC Cincinnati identifies young players through numerous pathways, including scouting, recommendations and our Discovery Program.
Selected players are considered for a place in the main team.
Once a player has been identified and considered for a place in the Academy, an invitation will be sent directly to the player or through his club.

The FC Cincinnati Academy trains and is located at the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio, United States.
FC Cincinnati Academy organizes training typically train (4-5) days a week.
Training generally takes place in the late afternoon and early evening. Players will compete in Generation Adidas (MLS only) and some competitions.
