How Borussia Dortmund plans with new boy Jamie Bynoe-Gittens
Borussia Dortmund recently completed the signing of former Manchester City Academy prospect Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and has already mapped out plans for the youngster who is expected to join the first team within a short period of time.
Right now, the club has introduced the former City prospect with the club’s U19 setup for the new season.
According to Ruhr Nachrichten, as cited by Fussball Transfers, the Coach of the U19 setup will assign roles to the youngster as soon as he recovers from his shoulder injury.
The injury had sidelined the 16-year old from taking part in training sessions.
“Due to Corona and a shoulder injury, he hardly trained for six or seven months. So we will build it up slowly. Patience is required. He is currently only doing part of the training.” the U19 Coach told Ruhr Nachrichten.
The skilful winger is expected to hit the ground running as soon as he recovers from the injury. The Coach also went on further to heap praises on the player.
“Jamie is an excellent boy, very down to earth. And a very, very great footballer, ”.
