Henry Onyekuru declares for Nigeria, ready to work till the end
Nigerian attacker Henry Onyekuru has declared himself ready for the Super Eagles after a short hiatus from the national team since the end of the African Cup of Nations in 2019, hosted by Egypt.
Onyekuru was in the game as Nigeria lost to eventual winners Algeria, who defeated the eagles barely a minute to the end of extra time.
However, making another return to the Super Eagles excites the Galatasaray SK attacker as he declared himself ready for the team.
“Rejoining the national team, the honour of representing my country will always be special to me,” said Onyekuru in a post on his Social Media handle.

Ahead of the 2021 AFCON Qualifiers against Benin and Lesotho, Onyekuru is battle-ready for the two matches that would decide Nigeria’s fate.
