Apparently, Hertha Berlin appears to be the busiest Bundesliga club in the transfer market this summer.
The Berliners have been linked with several players with the latest being Chelsea defender Tiemoué Bakayoko who could see himself play outside his parent club on loan for three straight seasons.
Information exclusively obtained by interestingfootball.com, Hertha Berlin have their sights on the former AS Monaco defensive stalwart.
According to Fussball Transfers, the Berlin-based club wants to add more reinforcement before the market comes to a close on October 5.

Another surprise inclusion in the list is Paris Saint Germain, who looks to add the Frenchman in their ranks at least on loan until the end of the season. The French record champions are said to be negotiating three million euros with Chelsea for his services as reported by Fussball Transfers.
What Hertha Berlin links means for Bakayoko
At Chelsea, it appears he has no future with the club after two successive seasons on loan despite having a contract with the club until 2022.

Prior to the end of last season, some huge sums of investment were made available in a bid to propel Hertha Berlin to a more competitive club in the Bundesliga.
The reason behind the team’s involvement in the transfer market.
For Bakayoko, he could get more time to play first-team football in the Bundesliga. If he impresses, he could be retained permanently. Back in London, Chelsea spent over €40 million euros three seasons ago which appears to be a failed investment on their part.
