Fede Valverde fire Real Madrid Champions League warning after Alaves win
The win over Deportivo Alaves has brought back hopes of Real Madrid chances in the Champions League. Uruguayan midfielder Fede Valverde has sent strong signals to Madrid’s Champions League opponents Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the return leg.
Three goals for the Los Blancos at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium through Marco Asensio, Vinicius Junior and Karim Benzema were enough to lead the whites to the part of victory one again.

Fede Valverde was on the starting eleven and Luka Modric and Casemiro in the midfield. Positioned at the right side of the pitch, Fede had more space to operate.
Luka Modric in the central midfield did an excellent job that paved the way for Fede Valverde to have more freedom to move forward throughout the game.
Leaving Kroos on the bench, Fede combined with Carvajal, Asensio and Benzema to increase the attacking pressure on the visitors who had a resilient defence.

The second was quite doable as Alaves figured out the best way to stop the balls from the free-flowing Fede Valverde, who had to mix up play with Asensio and Karim Benzema. However, the Uruguayan could overwhelm Alaves players to allow more balls forward.
Ahead of the Champions League return leg at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium against Paris Saint-Germain, Fede Valverde could be the key man in the midfield and his form today says it all.
