Enzo had been outstanding, but the World Cup gave him a better stage to showcase his talent to the world. Fichajes revealed Fernandez’s agent Jorge Mendes has two offers on the table, willing to match Benfica’s release clause for the player.
After he joined Benfica earlier this year, the Portuguese club slammed a release clause worth 100 million euros. But Fichajes revealed Mendes has two offers, willing to pay over 127 million euros to secure the player’s services.
If a deal goes through, Fernandez will leave the Portuguese giants after barely a year since he joined the ranks.
