Real Madrid right-back Eder Militao has expressed his happiness with his current Real Madrid career in an interview with AS. The Brazilian central defender is currently one of the regulars under coach Carlo Ancelotti.
According to his words, the arrival of the Italian manager has given him confidence.
“I am fulfilling a dream in Madrid,” he told AS in an interview in Brazil.
In 2019, the Los Blancos splashed over 50 million euros to secure his services from Portuguese league giants FC Porto, making him the most expensive defender in the history of Real Madrid.
Although he started on a bright note, he couldn’t compete favourably in the first team. However, Ancelotti’s appointment at the club appears to have accelerated his form.
“Ancelotti has been very important to me, he has given me the confidence that every player needs,” he further went on to reveal his happiness.
“I try to continue learning every day. I have very beautiful moments ahead with Real Madrid and with Titte’s National Team.”
“I look forward to 2022 full of titles”, he says goodbye to AS before flying to Madrid”, he added.
The Brazilian is currently enjoying the best moment of his Real Madrid career under Carlo Ancelotti who’s been able to turn the tides around at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Hopefully, Real Madrid would be on the train for a trophy at least in the domestic scene. One of the most important areas is the greenlight from Florentino Pérez regarded players that could be on their way to the club.
At the moment, the club is heavily linked with Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappé, Denzel Dumfries and most recently Ajax Amsterdam sensation Ryan Gravenberch.
