The Croatians are eyeing a place in the group stages for the second consecutive season. A 6-0 win over Astana was enough to book their place in the third-round qualifying series.

Ahead of Tuesday’s fixture, Dinamo Zagreb played a draw against Gorica in the domestic league.

Greek Super League side AEK Athens would begin their journey in the UCL this season in the third-round qualifying series. The initial first leg was postponed last week.
