Dani Ceballos has continued to register his name in the good book of Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti with his exceptional performance. The Spaniard had a wonderful showing in the Copa del Rey quarter-final clash with Atletico Madrid.

The Los Blancos advanced to the semi-final with a hard-fought win over their city rivals. Goals from Karim Benzema, Rodrygo, and Vinicius Junior were enough to book a place in the next round of the competition.

But Dani Ceballos who was one of the best performers on the team is yet to have a solid foot in the team. The Spanish midfielder has brought more quality to Real Madrid’s attack.

What is next for Dani Ceballos and his Real Madrid contract

At the end of his contract, he expected to be offered an extension by the club. So far, his contributions have been immense. 

Dani Ceballos’s current Real Madrid contract ends in the summer of 2023 with a renewal already in sight. The Los Blancos would require his services even as Toni Kroos and Luka Modrić near their stay at the club.
