Nathaniel Clyne will leave Liverpool at the end of his contract this month. The Reds officially announced this. The club has therefore decided not to extend it until the end of the season. Due to a cruciate ligament tear, the 29-year-old right-back did not play a competitive game this season.
In 2015, the 14-time England international switched from Crystal Palace to Anfield for 17.7 million euros. Clyne was set for a long time, but was repeatedly thrown back by serious injuries. In total, he played 103 competitive games for the club.
