Chelsea all time top scorers in history
Chelsea’s greatest goal scorers, from Legendary Frank Lampard and Bobby Tambling to African goal king Didier Drogba.

Chelsea is currently ranked amongst the best teams in European football with two UEFA Champions League titles, one UEFA Europa League, and two UEFA Super Cups.
Here are Chelsea’s all-time top scorers in history.
1. Frank Lampard – (211 Goals)
Frank Lampard is Chelsea’s all time top scorer in history, with 211 goals across all competitions. He played thirteen seasons at Chelsea, helping the club win the Premier League, FA Cup, FA Community Shield, EFL Cup, Champions League, and Europa League.
He’s one of the most creative and technically gifted box-to-box midfielders of his generation, leading Chelsea to domestic and European glory as captain.
Lampard is the only midfielder in the English Premier League with the most goals. He began his career at West Ham United.
His breakthrough at the club came one year later, and he was selected for the Premier League Player of the Month in September 2003.
In the 2004/05 Premier League season, Frank was involved in all of Chelsea’s Premier League games and scored 13 goals to help the club lift the title.
Finishing the season on high, Lampard quickly established himself as one of the most creative box-to-box midfielders of world football at the time.

Chelsea won the Premier League back to back as Lampard was hailed to be the “best player in the world” by manager José Mourinho.
In January 2007, Frank registered his first Chelsea hat-trick in an FA Cup third-round tie against Macclesfield Town.
In the 2009–10 Premier League season, Lampard scored 27 goals to help Chelsea lift the Premier League title and the FA Cup.
2. Bobby Tambling (202 Goals)
Bobby Tambling is the second all time top scorer at Chelsea with 202 goals in all competitions. He was the club’s all-time leading scorer until Frank Lampard surpassed his score records with 211.
He remains Chelsea’s all-time top scorer in league competition with 164 goals.
Tambling impressively began his Chelsea career by scoring in his debut match against West Ham United.
Tambling became the club’s main striker and finished as the club’s top scorer in some seasons.
3. Kerry Dixon (193 Goals)
Kerry Dixon is Chelsea’s third all time top scorer with 193 goals in all competitions.
He began his career at Chelsea with an immediate impact as he scored twice in the league game against Derby County.
He won the Second Division twice with Chelsea.
4. Didier Drogba (164 Goals)
Didier Drogba is the fourth all-time top scorer at Chelsea, with 164 goals in all competitions. The Ivorian international was one of the most influential players at the Stanford Bridge during his time at the club.
Drogba holds the record as the only foreign player with more goals at Chelsea and was named in the Chelsea team of the 2010–2020 decade.
He began his career with Le Mans, scoring twelve goals in 64 league appearances.
In his first season at Chelsea, Didier Drogba helped the club to win the English Premier League, the club’s first in 50 years.
In his second season, he supercharged his team to a commanding victory over Arsenal in the FA Community Shield, scoring two goals.
Drogba’s consistency throughout the season helped Chelsea claim the English Premier League for two consecutive seasons.
For the 2007/08 season, he continued with his excellent scoring form, although he was hit by injuries at some point.
After consecutive seasons ended on a disappointing note, Drogba lifted the 2009–10 FA Community Shield by scoring during a shoot-out win over Manchester United.
After the victory over Man United, Drogba scored against Sunderland, Fulham, Stoke City, and Tottenham Hotspur, toned the season’s first two months with five goals.
On 9 May, Drogba scored a hat-trick in an 8–0 win over Wigan Athletic to hand Chelsea the Premier League title and his third league crown with the club.
At the end of the season, he won the Golden Boot, which became his second award. He scored 29 league goals.

5. Roy Bentley (150 Goals)
Roy Bentley is Chelsea’s joint fifth all-time top scorer with 150 goals in all competitions. He played a significant role that led to Chelsea’s first-ever league title. He achieved this as captain of the side.
In 324 appearances for the London-based club, the Englishman scored 130 goals.
He was the leading goal scorer until Frank Lampard, Tambling, and Didier Drogba surpassed him.
6. Peter Osgood (150 Goals)
Peter Osgood is Chelsea’s joint fifth all-time top scorer with 150 goals. He made his debut for the club as a young player, but he quickly established himself to be a proper first-team player.
He was one of the early Chelsea greats that led to a successful outing in the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1971.
At Chelsea, Peter Osgood won the FA Cup in 1970 and the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1970–71 by scoring a goal in the replay against Spanish football giants Real Madrid.
7. Jimmy Greaves (132 Goals)
Jimmy Greaves is Chelsea’s seventh all time top scorer with 132 goals. He began his career with Chelsea in 1957 and spent four seasons at the club.
He was an instant success, scoring 22 goals in his first season and emerged as the club’s top scorer. His second season with the Blues was an improvement from the previous campaign.
Jimmy Greaves won the First Division’s top scorer at the end of the 1958–59 season with 32 goals in 44 league games.
In his third season, he netted 29 goals in 40 league matches for Chelsea.
He scored over 13 hat-tricks for Chelsea. In the 1960–61 season, he scored a club record 41 goals in 40 league games and finished the campaign as the division’s top scorer.
8. George Mills (123 Goals)
George Mills is Chelsea’s eighth all time top scorer with 123 goals in all competitions. The Englishman helped Chelsea to achieve promotion to the First Division in his debut season.
He scored 14 goals in 20 games to help the club climb to return to the English top flight.
Mills is the first Chelsea player to score over 100th league goals.
9. Eden Hazard (110 Goals)
Eden Hazard is Chelsea’s ninth all time top scorer, with 110 goals in all competitions. He joined Chelsea in 2012. He won the Europa League in his first season.
Two years later, the Belgian international helped Chelsea win the Premier League in the 2014–15 season.
He handled an opportunity to play for his new club during the 2012 FA Community Shield against Manchester City. Still, he lost his potential first medal at the club following Chelsea’s loss.
In his first assignment, the former Lille of France breakthroughs provided an assist for Branislav Ivanović to score the club’s league-opening goal against Wigan Athletic.
On August 25, 2012, Hazard registered his first Premier League goal as a Chelsea player against Newcastle United.
In the 2014–15 season, Eden Hazard scored the only goal as Chelsea edged Londoners Crystal Palace to win the Premier League title and was voted Chelsea’s Player of the Year for two consecutive seasons.
In his final season at Chelsea, Hazard found the back of the net in his first match of the league season against Newcastle United on 26 August 2018.
During the 2018/19 UEFA Europa League final win over rivals Arsenal, Hazard scored twice to mark his farewell on high.
Eden Hazard won the FA once, EFL Cup, UEFA Europa League two times.

10. George Hilsdon (107 Goals)
George Hilsdon is Chelsea’s 10th all time top scorer with 107 goals in all competitions. The Englishman scored 27 goals which helped Chelsea’s promotion to the First Division.
