After an uninspiring draw at Lithuania, Bulgaria will look to make home advantage count when they face Serbia on Tuesday night at Huvepharma Arena in Razgrad.

It was an unexpected result for Bulgaria in their last outing against Lithuania as the Lavovete fought their way back into the game courtesy of Marin Petkov after Edvinas Girdvainis had given the home side a surprise lead.

Serbia was not involved in the qualifiers last weekend but took on Jordan in an international friendly. The Eagles are on a two-game winning streak in the Euro 2024 qualifiers following their triumph over Montenegro and Lithuania.

Marin Petkov scored the only goal for Bulgaria as they fought back to earn a draw against Lithuania. The 19-year-old forward, who plays for Levski Sofia, was outstanding throughout the game.

Dejan Joveljic

Los Angeles Galaxy forward Dejan Joveljic was on a double as Serbia recorded a hard-fought win over Jordan in an international friendly last weekend.

The 23-year-old’s best moment in the game was Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s brilliant assist which fell nicely for him to slot home Serbia’s second on the day.
