The Nigerian born English footballer who is currently a major target at Scottish Premiership record champions Celtic has reportedly agreed to join Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce.
The Queens Park Rangers midfielder was a major target at Celtic, which the coach of the side also revealed the plans by the club to ensure his signs for them.
But as things stand currently, he is heading for turkey with Fenerbahce in the picture.
As per Scottish Sun Newspaper, talks are currently ongoing between the player and the representatives of the Turkish side over a potential deal that could happen within the next few days to come.
The 23-year old left midfielder who was racially abused during Queens Park Rangers Championship game with Norwich last Tuesday only managed 20 appearances in the EFL Championship last season, scoring three goals in the process.
Fenerbahce who has been searching for an answer in the midfield had to settle for Osayi-Samuel, who appears not to be having quality game time with the Championship team.
At Rangers, his contract is expected to expire and there have been no talks of a contract renewal with the club so far, casting doubts in the future of the midfielder.
If he joins the Turkish outfit, competition is expected to increase in the team in general.

The 23-year old Anglo Nigerian has been rated £5m pounds, although it could be a bit higher or lower which dependent on the level of negotiations between the two parties.
At QPR, it appears his place in the first team is taking a new dimension, and as a result of this, a move for a challenge is the only option left for him.
At least, at Fenerbahce, he would be guarantee regular game time and competition.
One of the high points of his career was during his time at Blackpool in the EFL Championship League Two in 2016 as he scored four goals in 30 appearances.
