Eden Hazard was subbed off for Rodrygo Goes barely thirty minutes into the encounter at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium against Deportivo Alaves.
The Belgian international has been out of luck with injury since making the big-money move from Premier League side Chelsea to the Spanish capital.
Hazard who started two games against Villarreal and Inter Milan could no longer continue against Alaves as Zidane makes quick changes to his side.
