After strolling past Zalgiris, Häcken faces a hurdle against Aberdeen as they look to qualify for the group stages of the Europa League after an impressive performance in the European qualifying series.

Hacken will tackle Aberdeen at the Bravida Arena on Thursday evening.

An agreement (8-1) scoreline was enough for Hacken to see off Zalgiris in the third-round qualifying series of the Europa League. The Swedish side are hopeful of reaching the group stages this season.

Ahead of Thursday’s clash, the Swedish Cup fixture with Jonsereds was postponed.

Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen begins their journey in the Europa League in the playoffs. 

Aberdeen have not been impressive after dropping points in their first two opening league games against Livingston and Celtic.

However, the club defeated Stirling to advance to the next round of the Scottish League Cup last weekend.
