Beşiktaş coach eye Henry Onyekuru transfer swoop from AS Monaco
Beşiktaş head coach Sergen Yalçın has shortlisted Nigerian attacker Henry Onyekuru in his plans even as the Turkish League Champions makes quick preparations ahead of the new season.
The 2020/21 Turkish League winners want to make good re-enforcement in a bid to continue from last seasons impressive form.
The Nigerian International played for Galatasaray last season on loan from Monaco after the manager of the side stated he had no plans for him at the club.
This has however forced the search for a new club.
The manager of the club stated that he could bring a winger to Beşiktaş.
Henry Onyekuru stats in Turkish Super Lig.
The 23-year old forward won the Turkish League and the Turkish Cup with Galatasaray during the 2018-19 season.
So far, the success he has achieved in his career has been from turkey.
The management of Beşiktaş has included 26-year-old Greek attacker VVV-Venlo who scored 26 league goals in the Dutch Eredivisie last season alongside Onyekuru as his main targets in the transfer window.
French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco is yet to place an official price tag on the player in the 2021/2022 transfer window.
However, he is expected to leave the club even with a lower fee than what the club had earlier bargained last transfer window, which forced Galatasaray to consider a loan offer instead of a permanent engagement.
