FC Barcelona should not take too long to provide Ansu Fati with a professional contract. According to a report by the ‘Marca’, the Catalans are now under pressure to correct the salary and the transfer fee fixed in the 17-year-old’s contract at the club. Fati has already scored five goals in 17 league games this season – three times even the important 1-0 lead goal.
As soon as Fati receives a professional contract, the exit clause automatically increases from the current EUR 170 million to EUR 400 million. Rumour has it that Manchester United, in particular, is working hard on the youngster. The Red Devils are said to have already made two bids in the amount of 100 to 150 million.
