10. Mariano Martín – 128 Goals

 

Mariano Martín was a Spanish professional footballer who played as a forward for FC Barcelona from 1939 to 1948. He was very influential in the forward line for the Catalan club.

 

Featuring in 224 matches for the club, Mariano Martín scored 128 official goals in all competitions.

 

He joined the club in 1939 and quickly established himself as one of the club’s most prolific scorers. His consistency helped the club in the early 1940s.

 

He won the La Liga title with FC Barcelona in the 1944–45 season and was awarded the league’s top scorer in the 1942–43 season as well.

 

9. Rivaldo – 130 Goals

 

Brazil’s football idol Rivaldo Vítor Borba Ferreira is the ninth joint Barcelona top scorer with 130 goals along with Cameroonian international Samuel Eto’o.

 

The Brazilian attacking midfielder netted 130 goals in 235 appearances in all competitions for the club.

 

Rivaldo was influential throughout his Barcelona career most especially in the attacking midfield during his time. Rivaldo joined Barcelona in 1999 from Deportivo La Coruña for $26 million and spent five seasons with the club.

 

During his second season, he scored 24 goals to emerge La Liga second highest top scorer for the second consecutive season. His performance led to the award as FIFA World Best Player in 1999 as well as Ballon d’Or winner the same year.

 

Although he never emerged as the top scorer of the division, he was Barcelona’s top scorer in some seasons and was a key player in the club’s quest for success from 1997 to 2002.

Rivaldo won two La Liga, one Copa del Rey and two UEFA Super Cups.

 

8. Samuel Eto’o – 130 Goals

 

 

Samuel Eto’o is Barcelona’s joint top scorer in history in the eighth position with 130 goals along with Brazil football legend Rivaldo.

 

The Cameroonian was a key man for the Catalan club from 2004 to 2009. He played as a striker and was ranked by pundits to be one of the greatest strikers of all time.

 

Samuel Eto’o joined FC Barcelona from fellow La Liga outfit RCD Mallorca in 2004 for a transfer fee of €24 million. In his second season, he won the La Liga top scorer award after scoring 25 goals along with Diego Forlán.

 

He was awarded the UEFA Best Forward of the Year award at the end of the 2005–06 campaign. Even though he couldn’t win the FIFA World Best Player of the Year, Eto’o was shortlisted for the final FIFPro World XI.

 

Another memorable period in Eto’o Barcelona career was the 2009 UEFA Champions League final against Premier League giants Manchester United, where he scored the opening goal to help the Catalan club lift the Champions League trophy.

 

During his five-year stay, he won three La Liga, one Copa del Rey, two Supercopa de España and two UEFA Champions League trophies. Samuel Eto’o was one of the best players in the history of Foot-Ball Club Barcelona.

 

7. Paulino Alcántara – 143 Goals

 

Paulino Alcántara Riestrá was a Spanish Filipino football player who played as a forward and spent most of his playing career at Barcelona.

 

He left for the Philippines where he joined Bohemian and spent just two seasons before returning to Barcelona the following year. With the Filipino professional football club, Alcântara played 25 league games and scored 18 times.

 

Alcântara’s second stint at the Catalan club, he scored a remarkable 145 league goals in 135 league appearances for the club.

 

In total, he won five Copa del Rey, ten Catalan Football Championships and Pyrenees Cup. He is currently among Barcelona’s greatest goal scorers of all time to date.

 

6. Josep Escolà – 167 Goals

 

Josep Escolà Segalés was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward for FC Barcelona and is currently the sixth all-time top scorer historically.

 

The Spaniard scored 167 goals in 236 matches for Barca across in competitions. He spent fifteen seasons with the club.

 

During his first few years as a Barcelona player, he helped the club win the Campionat de Catalunya often referred to as the Catalonia Football Championship.

 

In total, Josep Escolà won two La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey, one Supercopa de España, one Mediterranean League and two Campionat de Catalunya.

 

5. Josep Samitier – 184 Goals

 

Josep Samitier was a Spanish football player who played as a midfielder for FC Barcelona. He spent most of his playing career at Barcelona with stints at Real Madrid and French club OGC Nice.

 

Josep Samitier is Barcelona’s fifth all-time top scorer with 184 goals in 360 matches in all competitions. He was one of the most influential in Barca’s midfield during his playing time.

 

His performance along with key names like Paulino Alcántara, Ricardo Zamora helped Barcelona win 18 trophies between 1919 and 1933 before departing the club.

 

 

4. László Kubala – 194 Goals

 

László Kubala Stecz was a Hungarian professional footballer who played as a forward. To date, he is regarded as one of the best players in history and is also considered a hero of FC Barcelona.

 

László Kubala had already played for some of the biggest clubs in Eastern Europe, including Ferencváros and Slovan Bratislava before switching to FC Barcelona in 1951.

 

Most notably in his first season with the Spanish club, he scored a record 26 goals in 19 matches for the club. This also included the seven goals against Gijón which remain the record for most goals scored in a single match in La Liga.

 

He finished the season winning five trophies, including La Liga, the Copa del Generalísimo, the Latin Cup, and the Copa Eva Duarte.

 

3. Luis Suárez – 198 Goals

 

Luis Alberto Suárez Díaz is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker. Suárez is arguably one of the best forwards of the 21st century.

 

The Uruguayan professional footballer is known for his passing, finishing and comfort with the ball, and is one of the greatest strikers of all time.

 

He has played for some of the best football clubs in the world including Barcelona, where he currently sits as the club’s third all-time top scorer.

 

He’s won some of the biggest awards like the Premier League Golden Boot, La Liga Golden Boot stylized Pichichi Trophy and European Golden Shoes.

 

Luis Suárez best season at Barcelona was in 2014–15 when the MSN trio which included Messi, Neymar Jr and himself won the treble.

 

He scored important goals throughout Barcelona’s Champions League campaign that season including the final defeat of Juventus following the conversion of a rebound after Gianluigi Buffon saved from Messi.

2. César Rodríguez – 232 Goals

 

César Rodríguez is Barcelona second top scorer of all time with 232 goals in all competitions.

 

As part of the legendary Barcelona forward line alongside Basora, László Kubala, Eduardo Manchón and Moreno, César won five La Liga titles, three Copa del Generalísimo, three Copa Eva Duarte and two Latin Cup.

Lionel Andrés Messi is Barcelona’s top scorer of all time with 672 goals in 778 matches in all competitions. Messi is considered to be the best player in the world and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time.

 

In 2000, he moved to Barcelona in continuation of his youth career from Newell’s Old Boys.

 

Messi moved to the senior team during the 2004 league season. The Argentine scored 474 goals in 520 La Liga matches and is currently the league’s all time leading scorer in history.

 

In total at FC Barcelona, Lionel Messi won 10 La Liga titles, 7 Copa del Rey, 8 Supercopa de España, 4 UEFA Champions League, 3 UEFA Super Cups, and three FIFA Club World Cups.
