Following a remarkable start to the Europa League campaign, AEK will host their first game at home as Ajax visit OPAP Arena in Athens.
A five-star performance saw the Greek side earn a 3-2 win over Brighton Hove Albion in England. Last weekend, AEK lost to OFI Crete in what would be seen as a tactical decision by the team’s head coach.
Ajax have been struggling this season. The Dutch football giants were forced to drop points at home by Marseille as the game ended 3-3.
Ajax have also struggled in the home front and are currently sitting 15th on the league table from five games.
