Traeger Park (TIO Traeger Park) is a sports complex with a seating capacity of 7,200. It is located in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.


13. Eureka Stadium (11,000)


Eureka Stadium (Mars Stadium) is an oval-shaped sports stadium having a seating capacity of 11,000. It is located in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.


12. Marrara Oval (12,500)

Marrara Oval (TIO Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. It has a seating capacity of 12,500.

The Carrara Stadium is currently the home ground for the Gold Coast Football Club.


8. Sydney Showground Stadium (23,500)


Sydney Showground Stadium (Engie Stadium) is a sports and events stadium having a seating capacity of 23,500. It is located at the Sydney Showground in Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, New South Wales.


7. The Gabba (Brisbane Cricket Ground, 37,000)


The Brisbane Cricket Ground, or the Gabba, is a famous sports stadium in Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, Australia.


The Gabba was established in 1895 and has a seating capacity of 37,000. It is currently the home ground for the Brisbane Football Club.


6. Kardinia Park (40,000)


The Kardinia Park, also known as GMHBA Stadium, is a sporting and entertainment venue with a seating capacity of 40,000. It is located within Kardinia Park, South Geelong, in the Australian state of Victoria. 


Kardinia Park was built in 1941 and was redeveloped between 2003 and 2004 at a cost of A$319 million.


5. Sydney Cricket Ground (48,000)


The Sydney Cricket Ground, or SCG, is the next AFL venue on the list. It has a seating capacity of 48,000 and is located in New South Wales.


The Sydney Cricket Ground was established in 1851. It is currently the home ground for Sydney Football Club.


4. Docklands Stadium (53,359)


The Docklands Stadium, also known as the Marvel Stadium due to sponsorship reasons, is another AFL venue this season. It has a seating capacity of 53,359.


The Marvel Stadium is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment stadium featuring a retractable roof. It was designed in a way to allow its ground-level seating to be converted from oval to rectangular configuration.


The stadium is located in the suburb of Docklands in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2000 at a cost of A$460 million.


3. Adelaide Oval (53,583)


Adelaide Oval is the next stadium on the list of AFL stadiums with a seating capacity of 53,583. It is located in Adelaide, state of South Australia, at Parklands.


The Adelaide Oval stadium was built in 1871. It is currently the home ground for the Adelaide Football Club and Port Adelaide.


2. Perth Stadium (Optus Stadium, 60,000)


The Perth Stadium is now known as the Optus Stadium for sponsorship reasons and is currently the second-largest AFL stadium in 2025, with a seating capacity of 60,000.


The Optus Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in the Burswood suburb of Perth, Western Australia, Australia. It was opened in 2018 and had a construction cost of A$1.6 billion.


The Optus Stadium is currently the home ground for the West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Football Club of the AFL Football League.

The Melbourne Cricket Ground 'G' is the biggest and largest AFL football stadium in Australia, having a seating capacity of 100,024.


Melbourne Cricket Ground is located in Yarra Park, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is currently home ground for Collingwood, Hawthorn, Melbourne, Richmond, Essendon and Carlton.
