Brighton 1-1 Chelsea
Chelsea concede late in the second half to drop points at against Brighton & Hove Albion at the American Express Stadium after Cesar Azpilicueta had given the blues an early lead in the first half.
Cesar Azpiliqueta’s goal was a result of a rebound which nicely to the Spaniard who then fired home for the Blues first goal.
Leandro Trossard of Brighton connected with a pass around the edge of Chelsea’s eighteen yard box, aimed and shot. However, his attempt went towards the middle of the target, but Chelsea’s goal keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga was alert to save the ball.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh got to the rebound inside the box and fired in a stunning overhead kick. Making it two in two matches for Brighton. 1-1
Kepa Arrizabalaga pulled off a great save which almost gave Brighton a well deserved win as the Spanish international saved to deny Neal Maupay who, makes himself some space inside the box and unleashes a quick low drive towards the middle of the goal.
Chelsea once again dropped points, the first point dropped in 2020.
