The Highlights

First half

Tottenham Hotspur 0-2 Chelsea

1. Chelsea’s defense was loose as Tottenham Hotspur kept on pressing the blues defense in search of an early goal at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Frank Lampard still hasn’t worked on his defense property as Aerial balls became a problem for the blues.

2. Chelsea only came into the game after soaking all the pressure at the start of the game. The blues kept on moving more players up front.

Chelsea plays more like a team instead of a single player team. The team however have Chelsea the opportunity to exploit Tottenham Hotspur both in the midfield and going deeper into the Spurs half of the pitch.

Goal! It took Chelsea a well cut out team play to put themselves in the lead. Willian Scored!

3. Chelsea’s defense only came to limelight when the first goal was scored. The defense looked more sharp as they were able to stop the Spurs attack from getting past them.

4. Tammy Abraham was always marked out by Tottenham Hotspur defenders. He couldn’t get past Tottenham Hotspur defense easily.

5. Chelsea had no clinical finisher upfront. He was very difficult for attackers to hit the final balls. Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount just couldn’t get the cutting edge.

6.  Chelsea couldn’t get the balls forward. William wasn’t precise with his balls forward. Chelsea’s final touches are very poor.

Second half of the game

End to end stuff at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. The two teams searching for goals.
